humans are amazing beings with amazing ideas. everyone gets a chance to share their ideas at the sbc and no-one is shamed for having an opinion.
we exist to relate to one another so at the sbc we're real about our successes and our failures. we would rather be in relationship than be right all the time
we're striving forward in our relationships and in our spirituality. we don't need all the answers – it's enough to be moving in the right direction
communication requires thought and consideration: when someone's saying something we strive to understand.
we long to be wise and recognise that listening to the thoughts and values of others will help in our journey.
as sometimes the loudest shout is in silence and to be truly heard takes time and reflection
saying what you truly feel is risky and we applaud it
